This policy explains what data Card Vault PTY collects through cardvaultpty.com and how we use it. We apply Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection. If this English version and the Spanish version differ, the Spanish version prevails.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. We also store the date and version of the consent you gave, and the campaign you came from (for example, an Instagram link) when available.
- Minimal technical data: to protect the form against abuse we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which can process technical data from your browser. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
- Aggregate metrics: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate and without cookies.
What we use it for
Only to send you Card Vault PTY news: the first drop, stock updates and launch access. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis and consent
We process your data based on your express consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it's stored
Data is stored on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., acting as a service provider. This may involve international data transfers with appropriate contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
For as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we mark your record as unsubscribed and delete data we no longer need.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability by writing to hola@cardvaultpty.com. We'll respond within the legal deadlines.
Minors
The waitlist is intended for people over 18, or minors with permission from a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with its date.
